{ The Intercontinental School of Magic .
[/color]After the fall of the Dark Lord the world was turned upside down. There had been so much damage done across the English countryside that many
witches and wizards had moved from their homelands to come and assist in repairing the destruction that the final battle had caused. Once they had
arrived they fell in love with the land they had helped to restore and many families decided to settle down in the country.
With the influx of foreign witches and wizards the new Minister of Magic, Kingsley Shacklebolt decided that international cooperation was important after all.
The Tri-Wizard tournament had introduced three of Europe’s schools to one another, but there were many additional ones out there. A new school
therefore was created. It would not be in England like most had assumed, but with the help of Swiss Minister of Magic, Adalina Cheda as well as the Minister
of Magic of the United States, Robert Ward and Chinese MoM, Xiang Chin, a school was set up in the beautiful city of Geneva, Switzerland. This school was to
be called the Intercontinental School of Magic and was opened to students around the world. Like most schools there are four houses, each named after the
four founders with their own distinct attributes.
Cheda is home to those who show loyalty and honesty in all aspects of life. Xiang houses only those with superior intellect and wit.
Shacklebolt students are the brave and willing to assist others in need, and Ward houses those with skill and cunning that can put others to
shame. These four houses were not made to separate their students but to allow them the chance to be with others more like themselves. Countries spanning
the globe have sent their top four students to the school. Two male and two females from each school have been given the chance to give the new school a
test drive.
